The VACUWELD oil pump chamber sealer line (codes 7914.278 and 7914.279 with inert gas) has been specially designed for EPA areas where during operations it's necessary to avoid electrostatic charge accumulation. Stainless steel structure, aluminum lid and conductive wheels allow containment of triboelectric effects during vacuum packaging of SMD components. Digital programming of vacuum percentage, with precision control through tank sensor, allows optimizing residual air volume in packages to guarantee optimal microclimate for component preservation.
Use of oil pump allows reaching high vacuum degree, up to 98%, particularly useful when performing vacuum packaging of components sensitive to oxidation as well as humidity. Version with nitrogen injection into bag allows creating microclimate that doesn't favor oxidizing reactions while avoiding mechanical stress inside packaging, or bag breakage in presence of edges, due to high vacuum level achievable.
